  Madrid Pest. They service BCC twice if not more per month. They schedule the same day and same time every month (what a concept) and on time and very well priced. Purchased a home 3 months ago that had been vacant for 9-12 months. A couple back to back concentrated exterior scorpion sprays and 1 x/month interior and we are doing great. (602) 367-5716
