  Trying to find an engineer familiar with the gardens co-op apartments. We want to create an opening in the wall between the living room and kitchen and are having a tough time finding an engineer to handle it. We have to have one to approve construction before Februrary 16th in preparation for the next board meeting. If anyone know someone please let me know. Thanks!!!
