  Recommendations for a fix-it person/handyman for odd jobs I'm buying a house in Victory Heights, and I'm looking for someone that would be able to move an existing wood fence approx 30 feet forward, so we will have more backyard. I'd also appreciate any input on who/what company to use to build screened in patio in the yard. I would need the cement slab poured and structure built.

  What you are talking about is not a "handy man job." You definitely want someone with an actual business, insurance and contractors license although you don't technically need a contractors license to do those tasks, I'd recommend getting a licensed contractor to do them as it is a large project with many different stages and they have a reputation, insurance premiums and livelihood on the line if something messes up.
