Being a family friendly company with deep roots in the communities we serve, we want to manage this page with the service excellence you have come to expect from us in the store.
Be You:
People are unique and we embrace the diverse customer base that trust Harris Teeter to fulfill their grocery needs. We know you wouldn’t go into a store under a disguise, so we ask that you not do it on our Facebook platform. We will most likely remove all posts from fake accounts, fake profiles and repeat posts. If any of the above-mentioned items continue to occur, we may be forced to block you from the page.

Although we endeavor to meet all your needs, we understand that we aren’t perfect. If you are ever disappointed with Harris Teeter, feel free to reach out through Facebook. Harris Teeter’s social customer service hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00am to 6:00pm. Our goal is to remain transparent and not delete any comments. However, if the comment contains vulgarity, racial comments, personally attacks an associate, customer, another Facebook user, contains a link to a third party website, is a third-party solicitation, or tags another organization, contradicts our company policy or values, repeat posting related to a person or group’s agenda that interferes with the community’s ability to have civil conversations and dialogue about a post topic, or goes against Facebook's terms and conditions, the post will be deleted and repeated offenses will most likely result in the user being blocked.
Harris Teeter reserves the right to remove any comment or ban a user at any time without warning.

I already tried Healthy Home Market on Sardis Friday, today spent my lunch break driving out to Be an only to find out their market is closed on Monday & Tue, Harris Teeter on 51 doesn't have it, neither does Whole foods on Waverly. WF in south park is too far for me.
