My goal here is to simply not lose money on the condo (taxes, association fees, etc), so I'm open to paying a little more for a company who is really good at this type of thing.   you might want to check out marketplacehomes.com. I personally know a friend who works for the company, and she loves it. I've spoken to a few of her clients before, and they have nothing but good things to say about the services the company provides. I'm not sure how far out the company operates; I know my friend has had to drive to Wixom Lake before, and the company is stationed in Plymouth...either way, it's worth checking it out :) Good luck!
