If the clients hire them they are their sole responsibility. I did have a client that booked this particular vendor for a March jewish wedding and she did it with a groupon. I don’t have their contact information and she never forwarded it to me but from what she told me and the reason we ended up being able to get the money back was because they said the coupon that was out there on groupon was NOT supposed to be out there and they would not honor it. Weird situation. Don’t you have a policy that they have to have insurance??? Go that route. If they don’t provide POI then they can’t come in.
