  OK. Navy wife here, so lived ALL over. New to Olalla. Is it JUST me or are electricians a reclusive group around here??????? Apparently the deal is that Wave communications does NOT fish for their own cable in interior walls; so...in order to get TV on our main floor we need to get an electrician to pull some wires. Fairly simple you'd think, right? Nope. After excruciating travels thru Wave's automated labyrinth, got a grand total of TWO recommendations for electricians who do that work for them. One has yet to call me back after leaving two messages and the OTHER did not call me back so I called again and practically arm twisted to get someone on the line with actual information. He said they are running 4-6 weeks behind! Just to LOOK at it?????? Wow. Then on to Home Advisor and Thumbtack where I called a grand total OF NINE other electricians where I had to leave messages because NO ONE answers the phone??????? OK. Where's the local electrical trade school; I think I know what my next job needs to be. Is this INSANE or am I just incredibly unlucky???? DOES ANYONE have an electrician they would suggest who actually WANTS some work??????? They DO know we plan on paying them, right? Sheesh.

  I'm not sure if you're in their service area (we're living in Edmonds now for a few years) but I really like 24/7 Electric (206) 856-7522. Courteous, estimates within a week or sooner.
