  Okay, y'all are going to think I am crazy but does anyone know of a caterer that allows you to do partial DIY for your reception? We want to keep the happy hour apps simple (and cheap) and dessert simple (and cheap) by looking into DIY options but still get a full service caterer for the dinner portion. Not looking for BBQ options at this time. Can anyone recommend a Caterer that you have worked with that allows this? Wedding is June 15th 2018 in Frederick MD. Venue is outdoors so no access to full kitchen onsite. TIA!
