I live on a "private road" it's basically a one lane gravel driveway that goes up my 5 acres. We have a road sign that says private road and basically we just have one neighbor that lives on 5 acres up the hill and in our sale documents it says he has an easement. Otherwise, would this be considered a road or my private property? One of my neighbors subdivided their R5 and now we have A new home being built right up to the backside of our road. They're driving me crazy with big builder company signs, driving all kinds of vehicles up our road. Construction starting at 7 etc. I would just like to post a "No outlet" "Private Property" sign etc. but no sure what the legalities are. Anybody have any ideas or know where I can find the answer?
