Also, I need my A/C looked at, its not operating correctly. Ideally I would like recommendations for honest reasonably priced locals in these fields. I dont want someone whose first course of action is to try and sell me a new roof or new AC when a smaller repair will do the trick. Appreciate any recommendations the community might have.
