Can anyone recommend a good florist in Seattle? By "good" I mean with a tasteful sense of style (not the sort of place that uses chrysanthemums to create a poodle arrangement). My best friend's birthday is coming up, and I'd like to send her some flowers. I'm thinking of something in the $30-50 range. I've never been to Seattle, so I could use a recommendation (the first few places I found through google were pretty dreadful).

Couldn't necessarily say they're cheap, but [Willow & Bloom](http://www.willowandbloom.com/) in Fremont has gorgeous designs. And I remember [Terra Bella](http://www.terrabellaflowers.com/catalog) was a place my husband & I checked out when we were planning our wedding. They have great designs as well, again not necessarily cheap. That's the tough part... if you want something nicer than a poodle, you generally get charged up the wazoo.
