Most importantly, without being told, he advised that out garage door was "too heavy" and needed a stronger spring. That was true since it took two of us to open it when the power went out last fall. He used the proper parts and now we can open the garage manually without the heavy lifting we had before. On time, fast to work, and very thorough. Thank you.
