  My husband and I just moved into the area the end of March. We love the Rotonda and feel blessed to have have a home here. We are looking for recommendations from any of you who have added on extra garage space to your homes for a good contractor who fair and reasonable. We know we have to have everything approved by our Rotonda Association. We stopped by the office to make sure we knew all the rules before we bought the house. That being said we want to make sure any contractor also knows the rules. Any help or info you all could give would be much appreciated. Thank you !
