I am currently caring for a chinchilla that a family member was unable to take care of and I realized that she likely hasn't had a check up in a while, but I don't really know where to take her. Can I take her to the same place I take my cat, or do I need to find somewhere that specializes in smaller animals like chinchillas? Are there any vets in the area that would be good with a chinchilla that you guys can recommend? Preferably somewhere affordable, and the closer to midtown the better.

I have currently been taking him to VCA 80 on Dodge and while they are usually wonderful, I was disappointed the last few times we went in.
