  So normally I'd go to Midas or somewhere but we are going away next week and nowhere is open tomorrow my brakes just started making a thwap thwap noise when driving and squeak as I stop. I'm super paranoid about driving to Edmonton with them doing that and so is there a mechanic out there I can pay to change them?   So my mom bought a jeep last summer from a dealer in town, winter rolled around and turns out the heater isn't working. Surprise surprise the dealership is telling her it's not covered under the extended warrantee she bought. So instead of paying their crazy high prices she would like to go somewhere else to get it fixed. Can anyone recommend a good place to take it in town. TIA
