My omni boyfriend thankfully has an open mind and is going to be going vegetarian for two weeks (to transition him mostly, he grew up with a meat heavy diet) and then will be doing 2+ weeks vegan. Yes, I know that being vegan is a lifestyle change and not a fad diet but I'm super happy that he's at least being open to trying it for me. That being said, what are your go to restaurants for showcasing to omnis that vegan food is delicious? He already loves the the nachos and jackfruit flautus from No Bones as well as the Chickn sandwich from Veggie Grill. Is there any other dish/restaurant that you totally recommend? Suggestions for taking him to Wayward? Thanks in advance!

  Creamy cheese sauce... does anyone make it? I love the creamy sauce on the fish tacos at Veggie Grill, the Philly Cheesesteaks that Viva! has, and on the tacos at Cafe Wylde. Is there anywhere I can buy something like that? They usually have it in a squeeze bottle when I see them making it. It's probably cashew based. I've tried the Heidi Ho but it's too spicy for what I'm looking for. I'm looking for something mild to balance out the spice in the food. I'm looking for something like mild queso sauce. I guess I can break out the cashews and blender, but was hoping there was something on the market as I'm usually so busy.
