  Here's the site for Great Plains SPCA. http://www.greatplainsspca.org/ As Brenda mentioned we have had two of ours done there. Dropped off in the morning and picked up in late afternoon.

  If you're in overland park you can surrender to great plains spca merriam but you have to set an appointment first.
