About us
Nourish is a prepared food delivery service that offers healthy, delicious plant-powered food. Each week, we post a new menu at noon on Friday, and keep it open until noon on Thursday for the following week's delivery. Fill your basket with the items and quantities you’d like and check out! At checkout, you will be asked to select either Monday or Tuesday delivery. Choose the day that’s most convenient for you. Then, simply savor each meal and the extra time you’ve saved by ordering Nourish! Everything we make is plant-based, vegan, gluten-free, processed sugar-free, whole-foods based, and as locally sourced and organic as possible.

We're a prepared food delivery service that is 100% gluten-free and at least 80% organic/pesticide-free (tho usually 90-95%). About 1/3 - 1/2 of our menu each week is freezable, and we've helped lots of new moms, as their weekly delivery can include fresh items to eat right away as well as freezable items in single or double portions.
