I ordered some cupcakes to say thank you to some friends for helping me out, requesting for the cakes to arrive on a particular day. They did not, and after 2 weeks of waiting, I called the shop who said they must have "overlooked my order". Clearly the timing had passed, so I asked for a full refund which the woman said she would issue today and I should receive within a few days... That was over 2 and a half weeks ago. On top of this, I have messages them numerous times on Facebook which they have simply ignored. I am still waiting on my refund. This is a very unreliable organisation and I would not recommend it.
