He will ask for half the money up front and won't finish the work that he hires unskilled laborers to do. When you call to ask when he will be out to complete the job, his answer is always ''tomorrow''. Tomorrow never comes. Please do not give this man your money! I'm just trying to save others from throwing away their hard earned money!
