  Thank you so much for the add. I'm Amy from the San Francisco area. My friend Marilyn and I just booked flights to Fairbanks for February in hopes of seeing the Aurora Borealis. I'm mid 50s, she's mid 60s. We're both youthful, healthy, adventurous, and California "liberal." LOL. We are looking for recommendations for hotels, things to do, healthy places to eat (I'm veg). We'd love to meet locals for a beer, dinner, etc. I was on a cruise to Ketchikan, Juneau, Sitka in the mid-90s in May and have never done dark/cold. Would love to chat. Thank you!
