  I'm trying to get hold of Steve (Beech?) from Ultra Shine Window Cleaning who took over from S&D Window cleaners last year. In early December, while he was round cleaning my windows, his ladder fell on my car causing hundreds of pounds worth of damage. He was very apologetic at the time and said he didn't want to use insurance but would be round with his cheque book. Unfortunately he hasn't been round and isn't replying to phone, email or letter. So if anyone knows him or sees him in Wellesbourne please can they remind him to come and see me, I'm not scary or shouty and happy to come up with a payment plan in installments. Also, I (and probably my whole road) needs a new window cleaner so any recommendations of a trustworthy one would be gratefully received. They need to have insurance and be prepared to use it! Thanks

  I'm sorry to say but he is my mates brother and you won't get a penny! He did fencing take deposits and never did the work! A few people have been in touch with trading standards to build up a case against him. I would post this everywhere if it was me. Don't think he even does window cleaning anymore.
