  ISO small hall type rental for one night event, in Grand Forks, approx 20 people +/-) need bathroom (sink and toilet) electricity, and some heat. Some attendees do smoke cigarettes so an outdoor smoking are too. We will be having our own food and beverages and lawn chairs tables Some noise , like music talking and a lot of loud laughing.
