  Call Joanna at Handychicks. http://handychicks.com/ The prices are very reasonable, the work is stellar and the service is even better. A few weeks ago, she removed and installed a broken faucet, repaired a hole in my drywall, and even did some troubleshooting on a leaky dishwasher (I wasn't sure if the leak was the machine or the connections)--she's very ethical and cares about the quality of her work. I'm absolutely calling her when it's time to do my kitchen reno.
