  MOE Plumbing and Heating. (818) 572-4200. Been using them for all my plumbing work on my duplex since 1983. All the guys that work for MOE are animal lovers and all have dogs. There is 8 dogs on this property and never have a problem. They are also very careful as not to leave gates open when entering or exiting. They are comfortable with all the dogs and vice versa. Very professional and experts at what they do.
