  Need some answers...while shopping for a condo or townhouse in The Springs we get all kinds of crazy facts and figures. The various management companies will not give out any info. It's like a big mystery. Zillow and Realtor .com are useless. In the case of Whispering Pines (Raintree) we're told the HOA is $100 a month and covers "grounds maintenance". Does that terminology mean that each individual unit's grass is.mowed and maintained by that $100 a month? Might sound trite but we've been given differing facts regarding Crown Oaks and other condo areas. Realtors swear one amount and other sources give us another amount. We already know about the general HOA $1,780 annual fee, it's just the individual villages, condos that are confusing. Thanks for any info that could keep our heads from exploding!
