It took nearly 2 months to get our engagement photos back - and since we were on a time crunch to get our wedding invitations out, this was a huge ordeal! We let that slide because we were satisfied with her work. When it came to the wedding, I was promised a preview of my photos by that Monday (I got married on Saturday). I did not recieve any previews. I was told the photos would be ready in 6 to 8 weeks.. That was not the case. Here I am 4 months later and I just got my wedding photos! Whenever I had contacted her, it seemed like it was one excuse after another. I understand things come up but when you are constantly flaunting your vacations and most recent photo shoots (done AFTER my wedding) on social media but you can't respond to a single text message, it gets extremely frustrating. You have plenty of time to edit and upload these photos, but what about the ones I paid for and was promised? I was told I would be getting a package in the mail which would include both my wedding and engagement photos, each on a separate drive. I received half of my wedding photos on one, and the other drive was completely blank. I tried contacting her multiple times to address the issue, and I still haven't received a response. In the package, I was also promised a $100 printing credit for "all of the mix ups" and never recieved that either. It was one broken promise after the next. Without a doubt, she overpromised and underdelivered. It seemed that she didn't really care for us as clients and that is rather offensive since she makes it a point to "want to get know us". She is a nice girl, but her lack of professionalism and inexperience definitely shows. I feel like I overpaid for the subpar service I received. I strongly suggest going to someone else.
