  HVAC Recommendations Hi NOVA, I just moved to Sterling. I bought a house that has a 25 year old AC unit that isn't very efficient. The previous owners replaced the furnace last winter (I'm assuming they were cold) but the compressor and heat exchanger are very old. I'm considering replacing it either this fall or spring. I intend to get a few quotes before getting a contractor. Who would you recommend? Who would you avoid? Why? Thanks!
