  ISO the best cake decorator. I am needing a cake (round double layer 12" or 14") cake for Friday January 16th. I am wanting someone who is precise with details and a phenomenal decorator. I do not want this cake completely covered with fondant icing. I prefer a smooth application of butter cream icing and don't mind some of the details being made with fondant.
