Hi Gold Coast Community,
I'm not sure how to ask this so I'm just going to come straight out with it. I'm a very socially anxious person, over weight, bad knees and bad back and I really need a personal trainer that can help me stay motivated but also understand my anxiety plus my ailments, my dr has told me that with exercise and weight loss my back and knees will get better but just ease into exercise, I have no idea where to start. If any one of you knows someone that can help me that would be great!
