  I have attempted to make contact with several real estate brokers in the area in regards to purchasing a small piece of land ....I have found several lots on Trulia I was interested in and sent emails through them as well. I have had a few brokers email me but when I tell them what I am looking for they seem to vanish..... is there any agents in the area that is willing to assist in finding a small lot (1 acre or less). Not looking to build at this point just purchase the land. One would think this would be a simple thing considering it's a cash deal!
