Had a flood in my flat and it has gone down to my neighbours underneath and then the ones below them too, can anyone help with their hallway carpets? Like washing and then drying them? Also with prices too please :) I've literally cried all morning and as a single parent I worry I'm an easy target and that they might try and get extra compensation for damages so just a little informal advice would be lovely too I'm in Cheltenham!
