I'm looking to get some title/deed work done (transferring from LLC to LLC owner) and also transfer a property between family members. Hopefully they would also be able to handle possible landlord issues in the future (maybe look over a lease to make sure it's good). I tried going to a title company but they basically said the situation is a bit complicated and they would have to look into it so I think I need someone with more specialized experience.
