  I've tried several in Camp Hill and Lemoyne. I swear by Hot & Sour soup for cure a cold. The only local Chinese Restaurant that makes it right is New China Restaurant in the Cedar Cliff Mall by Gullifties. They take orders online and also do delivery. They will make it as hot and spicy as you say. Usually a young lady is at the register when I go in. She's always very friendly. Here the website: http://www.newchinacamphill.com/
