Present Moment Bodyworks offers a unique blend of massage therapies intended to promote healing of mind, body, and spirit in each client with positive and profound results. Present Moment Bodyworks has been established since 2015 and is located in the east bay area of San Francisco. The focus of the practice is to assist clients in achieving optimal health and balance within their lives. Achieving optimal health is different for everyone. It can be as simple as relieving pain, inviting more relaxation into one’s life, increasing mobility, flexibility, and energy, sleeping soundly throughout the night, or even finding a way to balance your personal, emotional, and spiritual needs. Here at Present Moment Bodyworks, I am driven to assist you in your personal healing journey.

If there's a really great place in SF I'd be interested to hear about that, too, just looking to minimize any potential transportation and parking hassles. Thanks!
