  I am looking for a trainer in the spring. Want my boy to go to someone who will use him for ranch work and MUST have a good rep. No beating or starving horses. Background on my gelding: He just turned 4. He is green broke. He is very much adhd. Loves to play around. Very gentle and truly and honestly don't really know he can buck. Even out in the field he goes about 2 inches off the ground. Lays down to get his belly rubbed. He is just gentle. Also lazy. On the trail he thinks he must play with everything including his reins in his mouth. He will pick up sticks along the trail to play with or rocks. He loves a bit in his mouth but won't listen to the bit. Only nose pressure. He hates to go backwards and if u put too much pressure on him he has been know to just lay down and get away from the pressure. Lol. No joke. I would love to keep his attitude of chill but not be so childish. My son would love to get him going on the heel side and eventually move to the head side if he ever gets bug enough. Muscle wise I mean. He is 15 hands. So what I am trying to say is that of his time to get him out of baby stage in his mind.
