  There is an RV park about 2 miles south of where you will be getting on Mexico 1, just north of Ensenada, south of the toll road. Or if you want a free space to park you can drive on down and just before you get into downtown Ensenada there is a parking area that it right next to the ocean. I parked there when I first got to Ensenada. If it is a week night it will be fairly quiet but if it is a weekend I wouldn't suggest parking there as it gets rather noisy. And yes, there is Estero Beach Resort, which is about a half mile from where I live now. There is also Mona Lisa rates are on the website. http://www.monalisabeach.com/camping.html
