I have some specific needs I am looking for in a plan and have misinterpreted plan documentation in the past. Also, if any of you have used this type of service before, do they charge a flat fee to talk to someone about different coverage? I've shopped the marketplace before in the past but like I said, I have made mistakes and hope to avoid doing that this time around... thanks in advance.
