Help finding a piano instructor Hello everyone--my son's piano lesson instructor recently moved, and we are at a bit of a loss in finding a new one for him. Any ideas of where to look? He is 10 and pretty talented (if he hears something he can often replicate it on his keyboard, not perfectly though it sounds right), can read some music, and just loves music. I found some of the music stores around town offer classes but I think it would be better to find one on one instruction, but I don't know where to start. Any ideas? How to vet people? The last instructor happened to be a family friend so that was easy.

Hey there - I work at Foundation Music School, a nonprofit here in town! We provide all sorts of lessons and music therapy too! We have a piano instructor, who has room in his studio. It's a great environment and we have pretty great teachers! Check us out: foundationmusicschool.org
Can anyone recommend a violin instructor or program for 5 year olds? We're particularly interested in the suzuki method, but are open to anyone who is great with kids. Thanks!

We use the suzuki method for violin through Foundation Music School and this will be our second year in the program. He started at age 6 but I believe they have some 5 year old classes as well. http://foundationmusicschool.org/
