When I got mine many years ago, I picked one randomly on the yellow pages and that turned out to be a nightmare as the job took far longer than it should have.   It's not in North Miami, but we've had very good luck with [Dr. Zambrano](http://www.miamidadeorthodontist.com/). He has an office on Miami Beach that might be closer than the Key Biscayne or Coral Gables offices. His prices have been about the same as my friends who have gone other places, which is to say, ridiculously overpriced...
