The caulk on the shower floor in my mom's bathroom that was renovated 5 years ago keeps breaking up and needing to be re-caulked. There is water seeping up from underneath. A couple of years ago someone came over and fixed it, but it was not a permanent fix, it seems. It's not just about the caulking. The source of the water seeping up from underneath needs to be dealt with. Could you please recommend someone who could take care of this job permanently? I really don't feel I can handle 1 more problem, so it would be very helpful to have a reliable, skilled person who really knows how to fix this permanently. Thanks a lot.
