  Holly at Ballyhoo Salon in San Marcos by Nordahl. You need an appt because shes always booked. (760) 738-1888. Its pricey so for a cut and dye expect to pay like $120-150 but TOTALLY worth it, I her! Shes always done my dyes, since high school!
