About us
כבר מעל לעשור שעמותת יוניטף מפעילה גנים ל- 430 ילדים חסרי מעמד בישראל ומצילה אותם מגורל המחסנים בכל יום מחדש. צוותי הגנים, המגיעים מתוך הקהילה, עובדים בסטנדרטים גבוהים תחת הדרכה חינוכית צמודה. ילדים השוהים במסגרות "יוניטף" זוכים לסביבה נאותה, טיפול פיזי מסור, הזנה מתאימה, ותוכנית חינוכית ההולמת את צרכיהם ההתפתחותיים הכול בליווי מקצועי של עובדות סוציאליות ונשות חינוך. במקביל אנחנו מלווים את ההורים, הקו המנחה שלנו הוא לא להוות להם תחליף אלא להעצים אותם לכדי אחריות ויכולת לדאוג לילדיהם, בתוך שגרת ההישרדות היום יומית שלהם.
המודל שלנו עובד! יש לנו רשימת המתנה של 400 משפחות שרוצות להעביר את הילדים לגני יוניטף, אבל עבור כך אנחנו צריכים להקים מסגרות נוספות.

For more than a decade, Unitaf has been running alternative daycare centers in south Tel Aviv for 350 children without status in Israel, thereby keeping them out of the dozens of pirate childcare frameworks that expose thousands of other children to extreme neglect and risk. The staff at our daycare centers are themselves from the migrant community, and they maintain high standards and receive ongoing professional guidance and supervision from our team of professional social workers and educators. Children who are in Unitaf frameworks are provided with a safe, appropriate and nurturing environment, where all their physical, emotional and developmental needs are met. It is a refugee center that provides daycare and after school care for the children of asylum seekers and migrant workers. They are always looking for people to play/read to the children. You can always create your own class if you have a special skill like art, dance, singing, etc.
