Date: 28th October 2017, Saturday Location: High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire The caterer's team must arrive at the venue at 4pm. Starters to be served at 6:15 PM 1. Hara Bhara kebab 2. Paneer Tikka 3. Tikki chhole 4. Chicken Tikka 5. Chicken Nuggets and Chips (for kids) Mains to be served at 9:15 PM 1. Dal Makhni 2. Malai kofta (any other veg main) 3. Tava Vegetables (any other veg main) 4. Butter Chicken (any other non veg main) 5. Karahi Lamb (any other non veg main) 6. Live naan breads (bring your tandoor at venue) 7. Pulao Rice 8. Raita and Salad Followed by Dessert 1. Gajar ka halwa (served as halwa not like sweet) with Ice Cream I will also need your staff to serve food (not table service, serve a buffet) and you will also come with all the necessary cutlery for the evening. Please also bring your burners and a humble request to keep the area clean. Also due to historical rain in the evening, please make sure the caterers come prepared for rain (sheds for live Naan). Kindly please let me know your per plate quote for a party of 100 adults +/- 10% variance.
