  Great plan. The trades have been down in new hires by roughly 40% for nearly a decade. What type of plumbing are you looking to get into? Service? Construction? Pipefitter? A lot of service companies will train the right people. If you're looking at construction look into the ABC. http://www.abcsd.org/ Good luck to you.
