  ISO a Roof Consultant for a second opinion on a new roof that has had 4 leaks after its 3rd year of replacement. Before having the roofing company come and fix one more time, I'd like to hire a professional Consultant or Engineer to assess the whole system and give me their opinion of what they think may be the problem.
