About us
I, Michele Munday, have been an Arizona Licensed Massage Therapist since 2010 and spent 5 years working in Massage Education with the Arizona School of Integrative Studies (ASIS Massage Edu.) as a Campus Administrator, a Clinical Coordinator/Supervisor and as an Educator (2009-2014). From 2015-2016 I continued teaching with ASIS as an Injury Rehabilitation and Sports Massage Instructor. I have also spent 6 years working locally at The Bennett Clinic: A Spinal Center as an Independent Massage therapist alongside an amazing staff. In 2017 I also trained with MedTec and have become a Certified CMAP Technician giving me an opportunity to work with doctors in the field of Pain Management.
As a Massage Therapist I offer an integrative approach to bodywork; meaning, I incorporate a wide variety of massage modalities to meet every client's specific needs and wants. I utilize massage techniques such as Swedish, Connective Tissue, Neuromuscular Therapy and Sports Massage (as well as other techniques like Reflexology and Injury Rehabilitation) to achieve our desired goals.
