  Hello handyfolk! I manage rental properties in the city of Chicago and am in search of a general handyman for various small jobs. At present, I need the following work done for some new tenants at an apartment in Uptown: -troubleshoot and repair a leak from the vent fan in the bathroom -repair (or replace) a garbage disposal -program a garage door opener -install a new ceiling light fixture -install a junction box cover -remove a sign affixed to the building exterior I am looking to develop an ongoing relationship...a "go-to guy" for all apartment repairs, upgrades and modifications.
