We have a tradition called the "cookie table" where the bride's family will make hundreds, sometimes thousands, of cookies for guests to take home.. usually 10-12 cookies per person. Now, my family is flying in from the east coast, and I do not expect them to slave away in my condo making all these cookies! I've been searching on Yelp, but I'm coming up empty-handed for bakeries that include cookies. Most are wedding cakes, breads, and pastries. As for variety, I'm looking for thumbprints, pecan tassies, coconut macaroons, raspberry meltaways, chocolate-flecked shortbread, lady locks, anise pizzelles, nut horns, buckeyes, sugar cookies, peanut butter blossoms, biscotti, butter cookies, oatmeal cookies, and chocolate chip cookies.
