  You can call Joe Testa and tell them the Mooneys referred you. 781-396-1747. I'm doing the same. I talked to GreenHow who recommended baiting also over more environmentally friendly trapping. The town inspector I talked to said that the bait they use is an anticoagulant and they are not as worried about effects up the food chain (raptors/coyotes) as they are about getting the population under control.
